Development of a new evaluation metric

Higher doses produced the widest range of benefits

Throughout the medications reviewed, those administered at higher dosages consistently achieved the most significant enhancements. The injectable form of semaglutide at its maximum strength achieved the highest CEI rating, with orforglipron and a reduced-dose version of injectable semaglutide following closely behind. Each of these options resulted in average weight decreases of 10 percent or greater, although notable variations appeared in their effects.
